Introduction YouTube Study Mode is a Chrome extension developed by Voltage360 ("we," "us," "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data the YouTube Study Mode extension handles and how it is used. By installing and using the extension, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect YouTube Study Mode collects and stores NO personal information. All extension settings are saved locally on your device using Chrome's built-in storage API (chrome.storage.local). This includes your Study Mode on/off preference, PIN lock settings, weekday schedule times, approved channel list, and Pro license activation status.

2. License Key Activation When you upgrade to Pro and activate a license key, the extension sends your license key to Lemon Squeezy (our payment processor) at api.lemonsqueezy.com to verify activation. No personal information such as your name, email, or payment details is sent from the extension. Lemon Squeezy's own privacy policy governs any data collected during the purchase process on their website.

3. Data Storage All user preferences and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers, databases, or cloud storage for this extension. No data ever leaves your browser except the license key activation request described above.

4. Data We Do NOT Collect We do not collect, transmit, or have access to any of the following: browsing history, YouTube watch history, personal information, IP addresses, cookies, analytics or usage data, keystroke or click data, or any content you view on YouTube.

5. Third-Party Services The only third-party service the extension communicates with is Lemon Squeezy for license key verification. We do not use analytics tools, advertising networks, or tracking scripts of any kind within the extension.

6. Children's Privacy YouTube Study Mode is designed to help parents manage their children's YouTube experience. The extension itself does not collect any data from users of any age. No information is gathered from children or adults.

7. Your Rights Since we do not collect or store any personal data on our servers, there is no personal data to access, modify, or delete. All settings are stored locally on your device and can be cleared at any time by uninstalling the extension or clearing Chrome's extension storage.

8. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
